- 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Soak rice, urad dal and blend
Step 2
Ferment it overnight and add a little salt

Pour 1 ladle batter on tawa, spread it in round shape, add chopped onion and coriander leaves

Add oil on & sides, flip and roast evenly
