Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Boiled Mashed Potato
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Beet Root
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Mozzarella
  • 2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp Grated Garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp Whole Green Gram(Moong)
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
  • 2 Tsp Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • For Frying Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Soak and sprout whole green gram

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl add mashed boiled potato, grated beetroot,green gram sprouts, tsp green chili paste, grated garlic, salt, cornflour, chopped coriander leaves. Mash well

  • Step 2

    Then add grated cheese, mixed herbs. Mix it. Take a portion of potato mixture. Gently press it

  • Step 3

    Fill with cheese mixture

  • Step 4

    Fold and roll it into equal size balls

  • Step 5

    Coat it with bread crumbs

  • Step 6

    In a pan heat oil for frying

  • Step 7

    Deep fry till golden brown

  • Step 8

    Serve hot with tomato ketchup. Enjoy
