Ingredients
- 100 Gm Chicken, Breast
- 2 Tbsp Curd
- 1 Cup Fenugreek Leaves (Chopped)
- 1.5 Tbsp Onion (Chopped)
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, marinate chicken with curd, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste
Step 2
Take a kadhai and heat
Step 3
To that add chopped onion and saute till translucent
Step 4
Then add the marinated chicken and saute well
Step 5
To the chicken mixture, add chopped fenugreek leaves and mix well
Step 6
When the volume of methi reduces, add salt and water
Step 7
Cook till the water evaporates
Step 8
Serve hot
