- 3 Tbsp Wheat Flour
- 3 Tbsp Cottage Cheese(Grated)
- 1.5 Tbsp Refined Wheat Flour
- 1.5 Tbsp Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
- 2 Tsp Cow Milk
- 1 Tbsp Curd
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/8 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Clarified Butter
- As Required Water
Method
Preparation
Step 1
To prepare the dough, in a mixing bowl, add whole wheat flour, refined wheat flour, curd, milk, and salt
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough
Step 3
Rest the dough for 5 minutes
Step 4
To prepare the filling, in a mixing bowl, add grated cottage cheese, red chilly powder, dry mango powder, cumin powder and chopped coriander leaves
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients well
Step 6
To prepare the kulcha, first, roll the dough and fill the stuffing into its center
Step 7
Seal and fold again, and flatten into a kulcha
Step 8
On a heated tawa, moisten the base of the kulcha with water and roast in clarified butter
Step 9
Tasty coriander paneer kulcha is ready to serve hot
