- 1 Cup Puffed Rice
- 2 Tbsp Potato(Boiled Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Tomato(Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Onion(Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Sev
- 4 Number Papdi
- 1 Tsp Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
For Dates Chutney
- 4 Tbsp Dates(Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Jaggery(Powder)
- 1 Tbsp Mint Leaves(Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Garlic(Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Tamarind
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
- 1 Number Red Chilly
- 1/8 Tsp Asafoetida
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- As Required Water
Method
Pre Preparation
Step 1
Soak chopped dates in warm water for 30 ninutes
Step 2
Crush papdi
Step 3
Boil and chop potato
For Chutney
Step 1
Grind soaked dates, jaggery powder, tamarind, salt, chopped mint leaves, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice, asafoetida, chopped garlic, red chilly and water as required
Step 2
Blend it into a fine paste and keep it aside
For Bhelpuri
Step 1
In a bowl add boiled potato, chopped onion, chopped tomato
Step 2
Add prepared chutney and mix it well
Step 3
Add puffed rice, sev and mix it well
Step 4
Add crushed papdi and chopped coriander leaves
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients well
Step 6
Serve this chatpata and savoury snack immediately
