Heat ghee in a frying pan, add jaggery powder and a little water to get desired consistency and mix well
Step 2
Take previously roasted rajgira and add liquid jaggery making sure all ingredients are mixed well
Step 3
Take a scoop in hand, make the ladoos and transfer to a serving platter
Step 4
Serve fresh
