- 2 Tbsp Oats Flour
- 2 Tbsp Sugar Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tsp Butter
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/8 Tsp Salt

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add buckwheat flour, oats flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract and melted butter
Step 2
Pour in milk and whisk well
Step 3
Heat butter on a nonstick fry pan at a low flame.
Step 4
Take a scoopful of the batter, put it in the pan and spread equally to form a pancake
Step 5
Flip and make sure both sides are browned well
Step 6
Serve fresh and hot
