Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Sorghum Flour (Jowar)
- 1 Tbsp Semolina (Suji)
- 1/2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1/2 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
- 1 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/8 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, take jowar flour, suji, chopped onions, chopped green chillies, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves, and water to prepare the batter
Step 2
Add salt and Jeera mix the batter well and keep aside
Step 3
Now to fry the pancakes, heat a frying pan and add some oil in it
Step 4
Pour a ladle full of prepared batter and allow to cook from the bottom
Step 5
Add remaining oil from the sides and flip the pancake
Step 6
Serve hot
