- 3 Tbsp White Sesame Seeds (Til)
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- As Required Water
Method
Preparation
Step 1
Heat a frying pan, roast white til and keep aside
Step 2
Heat another frying pan, add sugar, a little water as required and stir till it dissolves
Step 3
Add ghee and previously roasted white til to sugar
Step 4
Mix continuously until the consistency becomes slightly thicker and starts sticking to each other
Step 5
Cool and store in an airtight container
Step 6
Serve fresh at room temperature
