Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Paneer(Cubes)
- 1/4 Cup Tomato(Diced)
- 1/4 Cup Onion(Diced)
- 3 No. Red Chilly
- 1 Tbsp Cream
- 1 Tbsp Cashewnut(Chopped)
- 1 Tsp Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- 1.5 Tsp Butter
- As Required Water
Method
For The Paste
Step 1
Heat oil in a kadhai. Add diced onion and sauté till golden brown
Step 2
Add whole red dry chillies, cashewnut, diced tomato and let it cook for a while
Step 3
Remove from flame and cool it down
Step 4
Transfer in a mixer and grind the mixture into a paste. Keep aside
For The Gravy
Step 1
Melt butter in a kadhai
Step 2
Add red chilli powder, onion paste, water and mix it well
Step 3
Now add garam masala powder and salt. Mix well
Step 4
Cover and cook for a while
Step 5
Add a little water, fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves and mix
Step 6
Finally add paneer cubes and stir till the gravy coats the paneer well
Step 7
Pour in a clean bowl and serve hot
