- 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomato
- 1/4 Cup Julienne Onion
- 5 Tbsp Chopped Jack Fruit
- 1/2 Tsp Grated Ginger
- 1/2 Tsp Grated Garlic
- 1/2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
- 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/8 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan, add jeera, grated ginger, garlic, green chilly paste, juilenne onion and saute well
Step 2
Add haldi, dhania powder, red chilly, garam masala and mix well
Step 3
Add in chopped tomato, a little water and jackfruit
Step 4
Sprinkle salt, mix well, cover and allow to cook
Step 5
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
