  • 1 Tbsp Bengal Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/2 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a Kadhai add diced brinjal, red chilly powder, haldi, salt, sugar, besan and water and mix well

  • Step 2

    Heat oil in a pan & fry until Golden

  • Step 3

    Serve Hot
