- 1 Tbsp Grated Bottle Gourd
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Spinach (Palak)
- 2 Tsp Chopped Onion
- 1/2 Tsp Grated Ginger
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
- 1/8 Tsp Fenugreek Seeds (Methi)
- 4 No. Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
- 1 No. Red Chilly
- 1 No. Clove
- 1 Stick Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- As Required Water

Pre Preparation
Step 1
Blanch chopped spinach and make puree out of it

Step 1
In a bowl, add curd, besan, grated ginger, spinach puree, salt, sugar, whisk till smooth and add water and keep it aside
Step 2
Heat ghee, add mustard seeds, cumin, fenugreek seeds, cinnamon, clove, chopped onion, curry leaves, red chilly, grated bottle gourd and saute it well
Step 3
Add the curd mixture, mix it well and garnish with coriander leaves
Step 4
Simmer it for a min and serve hot
