Pre Preparation

Boil noodles

Mix cornflour and water to make slurry
For Fried Noodles
Step 1
In a bowl, add boiled noodles, cornflour and coat the noodles completely with the flour

Heat oil and deep fry the noodles. Keep aside
For Veg Manchow Soup
Step 1
In a kadhai, add oil and grated garlic and grated ginger, and chopped onion & saute all the ingredients well
Step 2
Add chopped orange carrot, green cabbage, and diced mushroom and saute to mix everything well
Step 3
Now, add tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar
Step 4
Add sufficient water, and mix well
Step 5
Season with salt and black pepper powder
Step 6
Add the prepared cornflour paste
Step 7
Let the soup simmer
Step 8
Add fried noodles on top and serve hot
