Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp Bengal Gram Flour (Besan)
- 4 No. Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
- 1/4 Cup Curd
- 1/2 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
- 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Coriander Seeds (Dhania)
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- As Required Water
Method
For Gatte
Step 1
Take besan in a bowl, add oil, salt, water, mix well and make thin rolls
Step 2
Boil water in a pan and add the rolls in it, cover and semi cook them
For kadhi
Step 1
In a heated pan add oil, dhania seeds, curd, water as required, salt, haldi, dhania powder, red chilly powder, green chillies and bring it to boil
Step 2
Add chopped semi cooked gate and let it simmer
Step 3
Add kadi patta and mix well
Step 4
Serve hot
