Ingredients
- 1 Cup Potato(Boiled Mashed)
- 1/8 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 100 Gm Chicken, Breast
- 2 Tbsp Onion(Chopped)
- 3 No. Cloves
- 15 gm Raw Egg
- 1/2 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/8 Tsp Turmeriv Powder
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 3 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water
Method
For Chops
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan
Step 2
Add chopped onions, cloves and saute till golden brown
Step 3
Add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and mix
Step 4
Add minced chicken and saute well
Step 5
Add water to get the required consistency
Step 6
Now add turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, cover and allow to cook
Step 7
Flatten the boiled and mashed potatoes and fill in the mixture to make tikkis
Step 8
Beat egg with black pepper & coat the tikkis with seasoned egg, then with bread crumbs and keep aside
Step 9
Heat remaining oil for frying
Step 10
Shallow fry the prepared tikkis until light brown on both sides
Step 11
Serve hot with your choice of dip
