- 2 Tbsp Peas
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
- 1/2 Tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1/2 Tsp Grated Ginger
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water
Method
Preparation
Step 1
Heat a kadhai, and add oil
Step 2
Add onion and saute till translucent
Step 3
Add tomato, green chilli, garlic, ginger, red chilly powder, haldi, garam masala, dhania powder, salt and saute till tomatoes are soft and mushy and spices are aromatic
Step 4
Then, add peas and some water to avoid the burning of spices
Step 5
Cover with a lid and cook well
Step 6
Open the lid and add mushrooms and allow to cook
Step 7
Add coriander leaves, mix well and serve hot with roti or rice
