- 6 Medium Ladies Finger (Bhindi)
- 3 Tbsp Peanuts Powder
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/8 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add peanuts powder, red chilly powder, haldi, garam masala, salt, sugar, chopped coriander leaves, dry mango powder, water and mix well
Step 2
Slit the 6 bhindi and fill in the stuffing
Step 3
In a pan, heat oil, jeera, hing , stuffed bhindi and shallow fry the stuffed 6 bhindi well
Step 4
Serve hot with your meal
