- 2 No. Cloves
- 1 No. Bay Leaf
- 1 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/2 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1/4 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1.25 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Pre Preparation
Step 1
Pressure cook tur dal, moong dal, chana dal with haldi
Preparation
Step 1
In a pan add oil, jeera allow it to crackle
Step 2
Add bay leaf, cloves, hing, ginger garlic paste & saute well
Step 3
Add chopped tomato, cooked dal, mix well and add water
Step 4
Add haldi, salt and saute well. Mix chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice and stir well
Step 5
Serve hot with chapati or rice
