- 1/4 Cup Curd
- 3 Number Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
- 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Oil
For Green Moong Sprouted & Boiled
- 5.5 Tsp Whole Green Gram (Moong)

In a bowl beat curd till smooth, add grated cucumber, sprouted whole moong, dry mango powder, black pepper powder, salt and mix well

Heat oil, add jeera, kadi patta, allow to crackle

Add it into raita and serve chilled
