- 2 Tbsp Rice
- 1/2 Cup Spinach(Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Onion(Chopped)
- 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/4 Tsp Coriander Seed Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 No. Bay Leaf
- 2 No. Cloves
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Cook rice
Step 2
Blanch & blend spinach into puree

Heat oil in a frying pan along with bay leaf, cloves, cumin seeds, chopped onion and sauté
Step 2
Once the onions are slightly transparent, add ginger garlic paste, spinach puree and mix
Step 3
Mixing continuously, add red chilli powder, coriander seed powder, cooked rice and salt
Step 4
Serve hot
