- 1/2 Chopped Cup Mushroom
- 1 Chopped Tsp Garlic
- 1 Tsp Corn Flour
- 1/4 Powder Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tbsp Butter, salted
- 1/2 Cup Water
Method
For Slurry
Step 1
Add cornflour in water and make a paste
Preparation
Step 1
Heat a kadhai on low flame, add butter and allow it to melt, add finely chopped garlic and saute till aromatic
Step 2
Add chopped mushroom and saute again
Step 3
Add required water and allow it to simmer
Step 4
Then, add salt, Black Pepper Powder, cornflour slurry and stir well
Step 5
Once the soup in thickened switch off the heat
Step 6
Serve hot
