Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Curd
- 1/2 Cup Moong Dal
- 4 Number Kadi Patta
- 1/4 Chopped Tsp Green Chilli
- 1/4 Grated Tsp Ginger
- 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Dhania Seeds
- 1/4 Tsp Fruit Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Rai
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- 50 ml Water
Method
Pre Preparation
Step 1
Soak moong dal overnight
Step 2
Grind it to paste
For Dhokla Mixture
Step 1
In a bowl mix this dal mixture with curd and salt
Step 2
Now, to this mixture add dhania powder, grated ginger, chopped green chillies and fruit salt
Step 3
Add sufficient amount of water & whisk all the ingredients well
For Tadka
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan
Step 2
Add rai, 4 leaves of kadi patta, dhania seeds and allow it to crackle
Step 3
Pour the tadka on to the plated dhoklas and serve with mint chutney
