Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Cow Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Refined Flour (Maida)
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Spinach (Palak)
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Garlic
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Butter

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a heated pan add butter, chopped onions, maida and saute all the ingredients

  • Step 2

    Now add grated garlic, salt, chilli flakes, milk, cream cheese and fresh cream

  • Step 3

    Mix all ingredients well and add chopped spinach

  • Step 4

    Allow it to cook for 2 minutes and season with black pepper, grated cheese and mix it

  • Step 5

    Serve fresh
