  • 1/8 Cup Diced Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Spring Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp Refined Wheat Flour (Maida)
  • 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • For Frying Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Coat baby corns with corn flour and maida

  • Step 2

    Take corn flour add water and make slurry

    Take baby corn in a bowl, coat it with cornflour, maida and keep aside

  • Step 2

    Heat oil in a frying pan put the coated baby corn and deep fry till golden in colour

  • Step 3

    Heat oil in a frying pan, add chopped garlic, diced onion and sauté

  • Step 4

    Once the onions turning slightly transparent, add chopped green chilli, black pepper powder, salt, previously fried baby corn manchurian, soya sauce and chopped spring onion and sauté

  • Step 5

    Further, pour in cornflour dissolved in water and mix proper and serve hot
