Ingredients

  • 45 Gm Chicken, Breast
  • 2 Tbsp Cream
  • 2 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Corn Flour
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a mixing bowl, add the chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt, nutmeg powder, cornflour, cream, lemon juice, and marinate the chicken with all the added spices and keep aside for 5 minutes

  • Step 2

    Heat a pan, heat oil add marinated chicken pieces to the oil and shallow fry the pieces evenly, and add crush black pepper, to the chicken

  • Step 3

    Serve hot
