Cheesy poppers, you will love having in the mid morning, evening or all day snack with peanut chutney, pudina chutney, coriander chutney or mint coriander chutney.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Boiled Mashed Potato
  • 2 tbsp Grated Papaya
  • 2 tbsp Grated Mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Capsicum
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 2 tsp Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Grated Garlic
  • 1/8 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • For Frying Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl and add boiled mashed potato, grated green papaya, garlic, green chilli paste, chopped coriander leaves, salt, corn flour, mash and mix well

  • Step 2

    Roll into equal size balls

  • Step 3

    In a bowl and add grated mozzarella cheese, chopped green capsicum, mixed herbs and mix well

  • Step 4

    Take a portion of potato mixture and gently press on your palm and then fill in cheese mixture

  • Step 5

    Fold and roll into round balls and coat it with bread crumbs

  • Step 6

    Heat oil for frying in a pan

  • Step 7

    Deep fry the poppers till golden brown and serve hot
