- 1/2 Tbsp Bengal Gram Flour
- 1/2 Cup Julienne Onion
- 2 Tsp Grated Papaya
- 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 Tsp Chopped Ginger
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Mint (Pudina)
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Poppy Seeds (Khas Khas)
- 1/2 Tsp Mace
- 3 No. Cloves
- 2 No. Red Chilly
- 1 No. Bay Leaf
- 1 No. Green Cardamom (Elaichi)
- 1/2 No. Black Cardamom
- 1/2 Cinnamon Stick
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- 1 Tbsp Oil

Pre Preparation
Step 1
Fry onions to make brown onions
Step 2
Mince mutton

Step 1
Take prepared brown onion
Step 2
Add besan, green chilli, nutmeg powder, mace, black elaichi, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves, green elaichi, khas khas, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, red chilly, grated papaya, black pepper and grind to make smooth paste
Step 3
Take minced mutton in a blender, add prepared masala, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, salt, ghee and blend to a smooth consistency
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan
Step 5
Shallow fry kebabs until well done
Step 6
Serve hot
