For Kakori Kebab
- 1/2 Minced Cup Mutton
- 1/2 Julienne Cup Onion, big
- 5 Number Cashewnut
- 3 Number Cloves
- 2 Number Red Chilli
- 1 Number Green Elaichi
- 1/2 Stick Cinnamon
- 3 Grated Tsp Raw Papaya
- 3 Tsp Khas Khas
- 1 Chopped Tsp Garlic
- 1 Chopped Tsp Ginger
- 1/2 Tsp Mace
- 1/4 Powder Tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Rose Water
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Ghee
- 4 Tsp Oil
- 10 ml Water
Method
Pre Preparation
Step 1
Fry 1/2 cup julienne onions and make brown onions
For Masala
Step 1
In a blender, take brown onion, nutmeg powder, mace, cinnamon Stick, cloves, green elaichi, khas khas, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, grated papaya, black pepper, cashewnut , water as required and grind all ingredients into a smooth paste
For Kebab
Step 1
In another blender, take minced mutton , salt, ghee, rose water, prepared masala and blend all ingredients well until smooth consistency
Step 2
Now In a pan, Heat oil, shape the mixture into seekh kabab and shallow fry from all sides till it is completely done
Step 3
Serve hot with green chutney
