This sugar free, low carb, zero trans fat, gluten free, lactose free and no dairy mutton recipe is sure to stimulate your tastebuds. The popular non vegetarian north indian recipe is a perfect mid morning, evening or all day snacks dish. The recipe goes perfectly with coriander chutney, pudina chutney, mint coriander chutney or onion chutney.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Minced Mutton
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Potato
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 4 No. Cloves
  • 4 No. Garlic
  • 4 No. Black Pepper
  • 3 No. Red Chilly
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/8 Stick Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1.5 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a pressure cooker, add minced mutton, diced potato, dry red chilly, cinnamon stick, dhania seeds, cloves, black pepper corns, garlic cloves, garam masala, salt and water

  • Step 2

    Pressure cook for 3 whistles

  • Step 3

    Remove potato & blend remaining mixture into paste

  • Step 4

    Mash potato and add it into mixture

  • Step 5

    Add chopped coriander leaves and mix properly

  • Step 6

    Grease hands with oil and make kebab

  • Step 7

    Heat oil in a pan

  • Step 8

    Shallow fry kebab on both the sides till it turns golden brown and serve
