Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp Pearl Millet Flour (Bajra)
- 1 Tbsp Boiled Mashed Peas
- 1 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1/2 Tsp Chopped Ginger
- 1/2 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
- 1/8 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1.5 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- As Required Water

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add bajra flour, boiled green peas, chopped ginger, chopped green chilli, chopped garlic, hing, coriander leaves, salt, haldi and mix well
Step 2
Make dough out of it and roll it on rolling pin
Step 3
Add 1 tsp ghee and roast both sides
Step 4
Serve hot
