Ingredients
- 50 Gm Chicken, Breast
- 1/4 Cup Boiled Sweet Corn
- 1 No. Egg White
- 1 Tsp Corn Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Butter
- As Required Water
Method
Pre Preparation
Step 1
Boil sweet corn and make paste adding water as required
Step 2
Boil chicken and shred (preserve water)
Step 3
Add corn flour in water and make paste
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a frying pan at a low flame
Step 2
Add shredded chicken, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli, salt and black pepper
Step 3
Pour in the chicken stalk, sweet corn paste, boiled sweet corn and previously dissolved cornflour in water
Step 4
Once it starts simmering, add a single whisked egg white only
Step 5
Stirring continuously, bring the soup to a boil and allow it to cook for a few more minutes
Step 6
Serve hot
