Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Chopped Asparagus
- 1/2 cup Chopped Potato
- 2 tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Butter
- As Required Water
Method
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a frying pan at a low flame, add chopped onion and sauté
Step 2
Once the onions are golden brown add chopped potato, chopped asparagus and mix well
Step 3
Pour in the required amount of water, cover and allow it to cook
Step 4
Once cooked, pour it in a blender and blend it to a puree form
Step 5
Take a fresh frying pan and heat it on a low flame
Step 6
Pour the prepared puree along with milk, salt, black pepper powder and mix well
Step 7
Stirring the soup well, bring it to a boil and allow it to cook for a few more minutes
Step 8
Garnish with a sprinkle of black pepper powder
Step 9
Serve hot
