Preparation
Step 1
In a pan, heat butter, add chopped garlic and saute till golden brown
Step 2
Add diced red capsicum, carrot, baby corn, broccoli florets and mix well
Step 3
Add water, salt, black pepper powder, garam masala, corn flour mixed with water and bring it to boil
Step 4
Once the soup has thickened, serve piping hot
