  • 1 Medium Cucumber
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Orange Carrot
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Sev
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a small bowl, add grated carrot, chopped tomato, onion, red chilly powder, lemon juice, salt, sev and mix well

  • Step 2

    Cut the cucumber into half and with a spoon remove all the seeds

  • Step 3

    Fill the mixture and serve chilled
