- 70 Gm Chicken Breast
- 1.5 Tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
- 1 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
- 1/2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 2 Tbsp Poppy Seeds (Khas Khas)
- 1/8 Tsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
- 1/8 Tsp Nigella Seeds (Kalonji)
- 1/2 Tsp Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Mustard Oil
- As Required Water
Method
Pre Preparation
Step 1
Grind chopped onion, tomato and make puree
Step 2
Take khas khas and grind with water
Preparation

Heat mustard oil in a pan
Step 2
Add saunf, kalonji, tomato puree, posto paste, ginger garlic paste and saute well
Step 3
Add chopped green chilli, red chilly powder, haldi, garam masala, salt, sugar and mix well
Step 4
Add water, chicken breast and mix well
Step 5
Cover and allow to cook until well cooked
Step 6
Serve hot with rotis or rice
