- 1.5 Tbsp Bengal Gram Flour (Besan)
- 1 Tbsp Grated Cheese
- 2 Tsp Grated Red Carrot
- 2 Tsp Chopped Tomato
- 1/2 Tsp Chopped Green Capsicum
- 1/2 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
- 1/8 Tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1.25 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add besan, chopped green chili, and chopped tomato, chopped capsicum, grated carrot, and mix well
Step 2
Add ajwain, salt, water and mix well
Step 3
Pour the prepared mixture into a heated Tawa and spread
Step 4
Add fry and flip
Step 5
Add grated cheese on top
Step 6
Serve hot
