- 2 Tbsp Chopped Orange Carrot
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
- 1 Tsp Chopped Green Capsicum
- 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 Tsp Vinegar
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Make corn flour paste

In a heated pan add oil, chopped carrot, chopped capsicum and chopped tomato and saute all ingredients well
Step 2
To this now add salt, black pepper powder, vinegar, soya sauce and add water as required and stir all ingredients well and allow it to simmer for sometime
Step 3
Now add corn flour paste and mix well
Step 4
Let it cook for 34 min
Step 5
Serve hot
