- 1 Cup Peas
- 1/2 Cup Cow Milk
- 1/4 Cup Onion(Diced)
- 1 Tbsp Fox Nut
- 1 Tbsp Fox Nut Powder
- 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Butter
- As Required Water

Pre Preparation
Step 1
Dry roast fox nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Take a frying pan at a low flame, add butter, chopped onion and sauté
Step 2
Once the onions are slightly transparent, add peas and a little water
Step 3
Cover and allow it to cook. Once simmering, pour it in a blender with a little more water
Step 4
Blend it to a liquid consistency. Keep aside
Step 5
Take another pan at a low flame, add fox nut powder and roast it well
Step 6
Pour milk and stir it
Step 7
Add the previously blended puree, salt, black pepper powder and mix well
Step 8
Allow it to simmer until fully cooked
Step 9
Garnish with the roasted makhana
Step 10
Serve hot
