- 1.5 Tbsp Pearl Millet Flour(Bajra)
- 1.5 Tbsp Finger Millet Flour(Ragi)
- 1 Tbsp Bengal Gram (Besan)
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- As Required Water
Method
Preparation
Step 1
Melt ghee in a frying pan at a low flame, add besan, bajra, ragi and start roasting
Step 2
Once they are roasted, pour in the required amount of water, stir properly and add sugar
Step 3
Make sure all the ingredients are mixed properly, allow it to simmer for few minutes until the desired consistency is obtained
Step 4
Garnish with choice of nuts and serve hot
