- 9 Small Mushroom
- 2 Tbsp Celery Leaves(Chopped)
- 2 Tsp Vinegar
- 1/4 Tsp Corn Flour
- 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 2 No. Red Chilli
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Pre Preparation
Step 1
Take corn flour add water and makes slurry
Step 2
Soak red chilly & grind into paste with vinegar & blend to paste

Heat pan, add oil, mushrooms, salt, chopped celery leaves, saute well
Step 2
Then add the cornflour mixture, saute well. Then add black pepper powder, red chilly paste, saute well. Cook for 5 minutes
Step 3
Serve hot. Enjoy
