For Dhokla
- 3 Tbsp Bengal Gram Dal (Chana)
- 1/2 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/2 Tsp Grated Ginger
- 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/4 Tsp Fruit Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- As Required Water
For Pizza
- 2 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
- 1.5 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
- 1.5 Tbsp Chopped Green Capsicum
- 1 Tbsp Grated Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Sweet Corn
- 1/2 Tsp Grated Ginger
- 1/2 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1/4 Tsp Oregano
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1.5 Tsp Oil
Method
Pre Preparation
Step 1
Soak chana dal overnight, add haldi and grind to make a paste
For Khaman Dhokla
Step 1
In a bowl, add dhokla batter, salt, green chilli paste, grated ginger, fruit salt, haldi and mix well
Step 2
Grease the plate with oil, pour the batter in the plate and put in the steamer
Step 3
Close the lid and steam for 15 min
For Filling
Step 1
Heat oil in a kadai, chopped tomato, chopped capsicum, sweet corn, salt, green chilli paste, grated ginger, pizza sauce and mix well
For Toppings
Step 1
Spread pizza sauce on dhokla, add veg mixture on it, grated cheese, oregano, red chilli flakes
Step 2
Place it on pan and till cheese melts
Step 3
Serve hot
