- 1 Cup Bengal Gram Flour
- 3 Tbsp Cow Milk
- 6 No. Raisin
- 1 Tsp Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder
- 1/2 Cup Sugar Powder
- 4 Tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
Method
Preparation
Step 1
Heat a pan, melt ghee on medium flame
Step 2
Add besan and roast it
Step 3
Add cow milk and keep stirring till it turns light brown
Step 4
Once light brown, cool the mixture
Step 5
Now add sugar powder, green elaichi powder and mix it well
Step 6
Bind it into equal sized round ladoos and garnish with raisins
Step 7
Store in an airtight container and relish this sweet treat anytime
