Ingredients
- 1/2 Chopped Cup Turnip
- 3 Chopped Tbsp Onion, big
- 2 Chopped Tbsp Tomato
- 1 Chopped Tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 4 Number Kadi Patta
- 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/4 Chopped Tsp Green Chilli
- 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Sugar
- 1/8 Tsp Haldi
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water
Method
Preparation
Step 1
In a kadhai, heat oil, chopped green chillies, kadi patties and allow them to crackle
Step 2
Add chopped onion, chopped tomato and saute till it turns soft
Step 3
Add ginger garlic paste and saute well on low heat
Step 4
Add haldi, dhania powder, salt, sugar and mix well
Step 5
Add chopped shalgum and saute well
Step 6
Add water to adjust consistency and cover with a lid and allow to simmer
Step 7
Cook for a minute and then add chopped coriander leaves
Step 8
Switch off the heat and serve hot
