Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Rice
- 1 Tsp Black Gram Dal (Urad)
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/8 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water
Method
Pre Preparation
Step 1
Soak rice, urad dal. Blend & ferment overnight and then add salt in the batter
Preparation
Step 1
Pour 1 ladle batter on a heated tawa and spread it in a round shape
Step 2
Then spread chopped tomato and chopped coriander leaves evenly over the uttapam
Step 3
Add oil all around the uttapam and on the top
Step 4
Sprinkle and add red chilly powder, flip on to the other side, and roast evenly
Step 5
Serve hot
