Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Rice
  • 2 Tsp Black Gram Dal (Urad)
  • 1/2 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Soak rice, urad dal for 2 hours and grind it

  • Step 2

    Keep it overnight to ferment

    In a bowl add dhokla batter, salt and mix well

  • Step 2

    Add green chilli paste and grated ginger

  • Step 3

    Grease the steaming plate

  • Step 4

    Put batter plate in steamer

  • Step 5

    Cover with lid and steam well

  • Step 6

    Serve with chutney
