- 3/4 Cup Wheat Flour (Whole)
- 1/4 Tsp Ajwain
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Ghee
- 50 ml Water
Method
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, ajwain, and water and knead a dough
Step 2
Roll into a paratha and start creating pleats
Step 3
Stretch the pleated dough and dust with flour
Step 4
Start rolling into a thin circle and make a round paratha
Step 5
Heat a griddle and roast the paratha with ghee on both sides
Step 6
Serve hot with any side of your choice
