- 2 Tbsp Orange Carrot (Chopped)
- 2 Tbsp French Beans (Chopped)
- 2 Tbsp Spring Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Green Capsicum (Chopped)
- 1 Tsp Green Chilli (Chopped)
- 1 Tsp Ginger (Chopped)
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic (Chopped)
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Vinegar, Distilled
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- As Required Water

Cook rice

Take a thick bottom pot and heat 2 tsp oil
Step 2
Add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped carrot, chopped french beans, chopped green capsicum, chopped green chillies and mix well
Step 3
Then add salt, soya sauce, vinegar and saute well
Step 4
Add the cooked rice to the veggies and mix all the ingredients well
Step 5
Once mixed, add chopped spring onion, black pepper powder, boiled shredded chicken and mix again
Step 6
Serve hot

For healthy glowing skin and improved Vitamin E levels, add a teaspoon of Sunflower seeds
