- 3/4 Cup Boiled Mashed Potato
- 4 Tbsp Bengal Gram Flour
- 1/4 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/2 Tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- For Frying Oil
- As Required Water
Method
For Vada Batter
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add besan, ajwain, salt, red chilly powder, haldi, water, and mix it well to avoid lump formation
For Vada Mixture
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add boiled mashed potato, salt, ajwain, haldi, red chilly powder, mango powder, mash, and mix well
Step 2
Shape the mixture to form 4 round shape vada
Step 3
In a kadhai, heat oil for frying dip the vada in batter and fry evenly on medium flame
Step 4
Serve hot
