Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Boiled Mashed Potato
- 2 Tbsp Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Red Capsicum
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Yellow Capsicum
- 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
- 2 Tsp Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 Tsp Grated Garlic
- 1/8 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/8 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1/8 Tsp Oregano
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- For Frying Oil
Method
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, and add mashed Potato, chopped yellow capsicum, ]chopped red capsicum, green chilli paste, grated garlic, salt, and cornflour, and mash all ingredients well
Step 2
Take another bowl and add grated mozzarella cheese, red chilly flakes, and oregano and mix well
Step 3
Take a small portion of potato mixture and gently flatten it onto your palm, add cheese mixture and fold it into a round ball and coat it with bread crumbs
Step 4
Take a deep pan and heat oil for frying and deep fry the poppers until golden brown
Step 5
Serve hot
